Events consumed by the SessionPixSupervisor.

Variants§

§

SsaRequestSent(SsaId<HoprPseudonym>)

The initial or next SSA request was successfully sent on the wire.

§

CommitmentProgress(SsaId<HoprPseudonym>)

Part of an SSA commitment arrived, but the set is still incomplete.

Reported per message, which is what makes the re-request timer an idle timer: the burst keeps pushing it out, and it only expires once delivery has actually stalled. It is also the only evidence that the Entry answered at all, which is what distinguishes a cycle worth re-asking for from one where nothing was ever delivered and there is no scope to name.

§

CommitmentVerified(SsaId<HoprPseudonym>)

A verifiable commitment was installed in the reconstructor.

§

DepositConfirmed

The Exit’s deposit pool reported a sufficient deposit for this SSA.

The amount is the pool’s, for the record and for the one check the supervisor still makes on it — that it is non-zero. Sufficiency itself is the pool’s verdict; see SessionPixSupervisor::on_deposit_confirmed.

Fields

§ssa_id: SsaId<HoprPseudonym>
§amount: HoprBalance
§

DepositObserverClosed(SsaId<HoprPseudonym>)

The deposit observer channel closed without delivering a confirmation.

§

RecoveryProgress(SsaRecoveryProgress<HoprPseudonym>)

Recovery progress snapshot from the reconstructor.

§

AlmostRecovered(SsaId<HoprPseudonym>)

Early-recovery threshold reached.

§

Recovered(SsaId<HoprPseudonym>)

Full SSA recovery completed.

§

UnverifiableShares

Absolute per-SSA unverifiable-share count observation.

Fields

§ssa_id: SsaId<HoprPseudonym>
§observed_total: u64
§peer: Box<OffchainPublicKey>

Relayer that carried the offending share. Diagnostic only — it reaches the close log and nothing else, since the cycle is condemned whoever relayed the share.

§

SessionClosed

The session layer closed this Session at the Exit.

The one event here that does not come from the packet pipeline: it is raised by the manager’s own close paths — the session server’s WriteClosed/EmptyRead, an operator’s close_session, or a peer SessionError — rather than by an observation about a cycle.

drainable_surbs is the Exit’s estimate of the SURBs it may still spend, already net of the fill reserve. An estimate, and an upper bound at that: ring-buffer overwrites, store eviction and invalidated relayers are all unobserved. That is why the supervisor compares it against the whole remaining emission rather than a discounted one, and why the deadlines remain the backstop for a drain admitted on a figure that turns out to have been optimistic.
