What a PIX Session at these dimensions costs the node’s live-cycle budget.
The worst case one cycle can hold, times every cycle that can be live at once. Both factors come
from configuration rather than observation, because the charge is made before the Session exists.
ssas_per_request is clamped for the reason SessionManager::new clamps it — a
programmatically built config must not be able to understate the reservation and then overrun it.
