A per-cycle deadline duration as it is actually armed for a batch of ssas_per_request.

One place computes this so the validator and the supervisor cannot disagree about what a configuration means. ssas_per_request is clamped rather than trusted, because a supervisor can be constructed from a config that never went through validate_pix_supervision; the multiplication saturates for the same reason.
