Turns the reconstructor’s synchronous resolution wake-up into an asynchronous stream.

The one-slot channel carries only wake-ups, never resolutions. A full channel therefore means a wake-up is already pending and can be safely coalesced; the resolutions themselves remain in the reconstructor until this stream or the acknowledgement fallback atomically takes them.
